Monday Memories -Trial Linky

You would write a post about any sort of memory you have of an event in your life, someone special, anything that is a great (or important memory).

Assignment: Favorite "Old School" Shows

Here is your next assignment for the week of October 25th:

Think of some of your favorite "old school" shows that you watch on television or your computer, explain why they are a favorite, and find photos to go along with them.

Here were some of mine:
1. Scooby Doo: This was a favorite for me when I was a kid, yet it had ghosts and I would get soooo afraid when the show would get scary!

2. The Brady Bunch: I loved to watch all the characters.

3. Gilligan's Island: I loved this show and would watch when I would get home from school. I think I thought Gilligan was my friend.

4. Happy Days: This show was so fun and would come on right before dinnertime at our house. The Fonz was awesome!

I wanted to share that if you would like to try to share a song you really like, you can do a link to the song on your blog. Here would be an example. You would also want to make sure that it is "clean" version of the song to post.

Assignment: Five Things that Represent Me

Students, as an assignment this week, I would like you to find 5 images on the web that represent you somehow. DON'T describe why or how they describe you, just attach the images, and number them 1-5. our job as readers is to try to guess why and how they represent you in our comments to you. I'd love to hear about some of the great things you did on your break, or if you'd like to do a post about them, even better!

Here were some of my favorite things:
1. My husband, father-in-law, and I took my son to a pumpkin patch.

 2. I did some scrapbooking.

3.  I went mountain biking twice with my husband. I saw Alex the second day too, as he was coming out of the trail!

4. I worked really hard, as well, on my son's Halloween costume. Speaking of which, if you are dressing up, what are you dressing up as?
